Terrible experience. They didn’t listen to my instructions and did completely a different hair cut for my son. They insisted that they didn’t do anything wrong, the person could have apologized but he/she was defensive. Here are some pictures. Keep in mind I was very specific and I showed them a picture. They butchered his hair.
